Back to Basics: The Activities Queue

Ambra knows there are cases when customers want to edit studies and/or preview them before they accept them into their Ambra account or send them to their PACS. For this purpose, Ambra has created the activities queue. Once logged into your Ambra account, the main panel includes an “Activities” tab where users can ensure studies are organized for their organization’s needs. In addition to the main functions of approving, rejecting, and editing studies, the activities tab is also where you can execute query retrieves, moderate pending user invites, and accept join requests. Take a look at the list below to see the activities tab functionalities.

  1. Approve or Reject Studies: Approve or reject studies to the worklist.
    1. Edit PHI
    2. Apply order information
  2. Query Retrieve: Select actions to retrieve or rejust studies.
  3. User Invites: Review the status of user invites.
  4. Join Requests: Confirm, reject, or resend user invites.

For the full guide on how to utilize all of the Ambra activities, please refer to the Navigating Ambra cheat sheet.

Please note that the page layout may vary slightly depending on role and user permissions. For configuration requests, issues or questions, please click Ambra Support on the bottom right of your page or contact support@ambrahealth.com.
