What To Look For At RSNA 2019

It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is just a few days away and that #RSNA19 is trailing right behind! Those of us at Ambra hope everyone has a great holiday and we send our best wishes. As we prepare for Thanksgiving this week, there is one thing we are all grateful for—RSNA! We’ll convene in Chicago with the rest of the radiology world next week to showcase product developments, meet up with Ambra users, and learn about new trends in medical imaging. If you will be at the conference please stop by our booth (Booth #1342) to say hi!

In preparation for the conference, we’d like to share insights from the Ambra Team about “what to expect at RSNA”:

RSNA provides a venue where IT vendors and healthcare professionals are able to discuss the current state of their operations and envision a more innovative and tech-savvy future together. I look forward to meeting both customers and prospects to hear firsthand where we can both support and improve their work with their patients. – Josh Beauregard, Account Executive

I’m really excited to get out to RSNA to meet with both customers and prospects of Ambra. The conference provides not only a great opportunity to generate exposure for our platform but also gain insight into the trends that leaders in our industry are seeing today. These insights are crucial as we position our flexible platform to suit the needs of customers in a range of different verticals. – Dan Fullam, Account Executive
RSNA provides the opportunity for us to reconnect with radiology and informatics leaders from across the nation and share best practices and respective company updates. My favorite moments on the show floor are when leaders from different organizations happen upon the unexpected conversation in our booth and realize opportunities with our software that have been implemented by others. We all walk away empowered to bring ideas back to our teams. – Faith Dulany, Account Executive
This year at RSNA, Ambra Health will be sponsoring two of the Applied Radiology Connect round table discussions – both at 10 am on Sunday and Tuesday. Topics that will be discussed involve AI transforming radiology and the importance of diversity in data. Along with our sponsorship, Ambra is so excited to announce the new Gateway Directory (beta) designed to promote interoperability across facilities by allowing users to discover other facilities that have an Ambra gateway installed and request to connect. Ambra is committed to improving the everyday workflows of physicians, reducing administrator time, and speeding up time-to-care delivery for patients and the Gateway Directory is another step in the right direction. Lastly, Ambra Health announced a partnership with RAPID, the worldwide leader in advanced imaging for stroke. The partnership enables cloud deployment of the RAPID stroke imaging platform and secure sharing of RAPID images across networks utilizing Ambra’s Best-in-KLAS image exchange capabilities.

Morris Panner, CEO of Ambra Health, will be speaking at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Booth #10924 on December 2nd from 1-2 pm CT. During the discussion “How Amazon’s Global Footprint Enables Rapid Scaling”, the audience will gain insights on why Ambra Health turned to AWS to help them scale and improve their ever-growing global use cases. Check out all of the details here!

We look forward to seeing those in the radiology industry at RSNA and hope you enjoy a great holiday—let us know if your turkey needs any medical imaging!
