With no hardware to install, our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform can be up and running at your facility in lightening speed. We'll help you map out your image data migration strategy, configure workflows and train users.
During the analyze phase, the Ambra Services team will review business objectives and timelines. We’ll examine your current infrastructure and designate points of contact on both your team and ours.
Operational analysts will then configure your Ambra suite to the outlined workflow customizations. Throughout building, we’ll monitor for system updates and ensure that security is of the utmost importance. Any onsite gateways that are needed at sending sites will be installed so all integration points are ready to go.
We’ll host an onsite or offsite training session with users led by a detailed agenda and content specific to your implementation. Users will become familiar with handling the imaging workflow from beginning to end and learn more about the Ambra 24×7 support team. We’ll also familiarize users with how our seamless product upgrades work.
Finally, our team will host a final review session and perform final checks before you go live. When all systems are “go”, we’ll walk you through the official launch and deployment.
